Applicants should have:

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling designs for diverse marketing channels.
  • Ability to be ahead of design trends, styles, and typography nuances.
  • Be a conceptual thinker with stellar problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work well with others.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with creativity and precision.
  • Strong communication skills, both in presenting ideas and engaging with clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers, ensuring design consistency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional design experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to think creatively and deliver impactful designs.
  • Bonus skills: video production, Webflow, or animation
  • Experience presenting creative work to client.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers
  • Ability to provide constructive creative feedback
  • Understanding of branding and campaign development
