Pon Holdings’ United States subsidiary, PVI Holdings, acquired Desselle-Maggard Corp. and Carter Chambers and merged their operations. Rockit Science assisted in the strategic brand positioning of media communications related to this acquisition and subsequent mergers. Securing over a million dollars in earned media value internationally and over 15 million online impressions. The story was covered in the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Yahoo News and over 250 national newspapers and media outlets in the United States and the Netherlands. The scope of work also included translation of press releases to Dutch for release in the Netherlands.
